Could this be applied to government?

Following is an excerpt from an article from Crowdsourcing.com. This person was interviewed on CBC Radio’s The Current (Scroll down the page to Part 2 of the Current):

But what the interviews clarify is that both InnoCentive and Threadless networks create a level-playing field on which amateurs and professionals compete on the basis of their merits, not pedigrees. As the Threadless interviews bear out, the amateur often outperforms the professional.

  1. Bush is forever saying that democracies do not invade other countries and start wars. Well, he did just that. He invaded Iraq, started a war, and killed people. What do you think? Why has bush turned our country from a country of hope and prosperity to a country of belligerence and fear.
    What happened to us, people? When did we become such lemmings?
    We have lost friends and influenced no one. No wonder most of the world thinks we suck. Thanks to what george bush has done to our country during the past three years, we do!
