Use The Web To Create Better State Government

Phil Windley has a post entitled “Virtual Regionalism”. Have to love that phrase. It’s about a recent Boston Globe Op-Ed piece explaing how the web could be used into improve government. An excerpt from his article:

Because virtual regionalism wouldn’t be statutory, communities could instantly form working arrangements — and dissolve them if they are no longer were relevant.
