Is this really ICBC policy?

I recently was given an antique vehicle or one that will soon become an antique vehicle. Someone told me that it would be much cheaper to insure it as an antique. However, searching Google for pertinent information, I found the following from this link.

When may I drive an Antique vehicle? An Antique vehicle with Vintage plates may only be driven:
to or at exhibitions, club activities, parades and similar functions;
to or at public functions such as the opening of a new highway;
in weddings and graduations;
to be inspected at a designated inspection facility;
to have repairs done

If you’re like me and constantly repairing everything or if you believe “everyday’s a parade” I guess you could drive it everyday?
