Like why my company’s initial focus is on mental health. You don’t have to follow the money on this one – it is impossible to miss it.

Mental illness is linked to more lost work days than any other chronic condition, costing the Canadian economy $51 billion a year in lost productivity, a 2010 study shows.

So even with us getting 1/10th of 1% to fix this it equates to $51 million dollars a year.
